Data We Collect
Email address used for OTP sign-in and service notifications.
Domain and selected search region: Greece or a city or region.
IP address, logs, user agent, timestamps, and technical security events.
Outputs and reports, including scores, benchmarks, positions, and trends.
Selected page, post or product scan data, URL, site domain, plugin version, generated site ID, SEO–GEO strategy, and selected business-profile fields.

Recipients and Processors
Strictly necessary data may be shared with infrastructure and hosting providers, email delivery and inbox providers, analytics or advertising providers only with consent, and payment providers. The contact and free-demo forms use the hosting email infrastructure and configured mailboxes. The forms do not write requests to an application database, but copies may remain in mailboxes, mail logs, or the relevant providers' backups.
The Plugin for WordPress communicates with api1.aivisibility.gr for reports and credit checks or updates. Optional credit purchases may be processed through Stripe. Data processing agreements are put in place where required.
Transfers Outside the EU/EEA
Where personal data is transferred outside the EU or EEA, appropriate safeguards are applied, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, in accordance with applicable law.
Retention Period
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, deliver support, and meet legal obligations. Contact and demo requests are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and related record-keeping, while account and transaction records may be kept for the periods required by law.
