• Access may use OTP or another authentication mechanism selected by the Company.
• The User must protect access to their email and device and promptly report suspected or unauthorized use.
• The User is responsible for actions performed through their Account, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

AI Visibility is a measurement and reporting tool for AI recommendations. It provides scores and comparative signals by engine, together with information that can support AI SEO–GEO decisions.

It does not guarantee SEO results, any particular ranking, or continued inclusion of a domain in AI responses.

• Results reflect the moment of measurement and may change.
• Changes may arise from updates to AI models, their sources, the web, or the domain itself.
• Scores are shown by engine and aggregated from the relevant set of prompts.

The User selects a geographic scope — Local or Greece — before measurement. Different regions may produce different responses, so comparisons are meaningful when the scope remains consistent.

• Available plans, charges, units, and other purchase terms are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before payment.
• VAT or other applicable taxes are added where stated.
• Changes to prices or plans are communicated appropriately and applied in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellation is available through the relevant Service flow or through support. Renewals, credits, and refunds follow the terms shown at checkout and the applicable commercial policy.

• Illegal, abusive, or misleading use and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.
• Unauthorized access, interference with operation, and circumvention of security controls are prohibited.
• Automated bulk extraction or scraping of the dashboard requires prior written permission.

The User represents that they have the right to measure or monitor each submitted domain, whether as owner, authorized representative, or agency acting under a client mandate.

The Service may display other domains for informational comparison. Their appearance is not a recommendation, endorsement, or invitation to collaborate and reflects only the AI responses recorded during that measurement.

• The Service's code, design, marks, and content belong to the Company or its licensors.
• A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted solely for using the Service.
• Reports and exports may be used internally or with clients in accordance with the selected plan and permitted agency workflow.

The Company uses reasonable efforts to operate the Service, which is provided "as is" and "as available." It does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any specific commercial or AI Visibility outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service during the preceding three months. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The microsite uses strictly necessary technologies only where required for operation and security. Details are available in the Cookie Policy.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. The revised version will display a clear update date and will be notified where required.
