Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the AiVisibility service (the “Service”) and the ai-visibility.io website. By creating an account and/or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Company: Findigital, contact details: Athens, Zenonos Eleatou 8, Marousi, 15123, T. +30 2106100088, E: info@findigital.gr.
  • Service: AiVisibility, a measurement & reporting tool for AI recommendations.
  • User: Any natural or legal person using the Service.
  • Account: The User’s access account for the Service (e.g., via OTP login).
  • Domain: The domain name submitted by the User for measurement (e.g., example.gr).
  • Search Scope: The geographic scope of measurement: “City” (one city/area) or “Country” (nationwide).
  • Results: The outputs/measurements/reports shown in the dashboard (per-engine scores, trend, Comparison, etc.).

2. Account, OTP & Security

  • Access to the Service may be provided via OTP (one-time password) and/or other authentication methods determined by the Company.
  • The User must keep access to their email/device secure and notify the Company promptly in case of suspected unauthorized use.
  • The User is responsible for all actions performed through their Account.

3. Scope of the Service

AiVisibility is a measurement & reporting tool for AI recommendations. It is not an SEO service and does not provide any guarantee of permanent inclusion of a domain in AI recommendations.

4. Nature of Results (Snapshots)

  • Results are snapshots at the time of measurement and may change over time.
  • Changes may result from updates to AI models, their sources/behavior, and/or changes across the web.
  • Scores are calculated per engine and are aggregated from a set of relevant queries.

5. Search Scope

The Search Scope is selected by the User before/during the measurement so Results remain comparable (City or Country). The User acknowledges that different geographic scopes may lead to different answers.

6. Subscriptions, Pricing & Payments

  • The Service may be provided via subscription and/or other packages/fees as displayed on the pricing page and/or at checkout.
  • Prices are shown excluding VAT where indicated, and VAT is calculated at checkout.
  • The Company may modify packages/prices by notice within the Service and/or via email, where required.

7. Cancellations, Renewals & Refunds

  • The User may cancel their subscription according to the flow/settings provided by the Service or by contacting support.
  • Any refunds/credits are governed by the policy shown at checkout and/or the Company’s applicable commercial policy.

8. Acceptable Use

  • Use of the Service in any unlawful, abusive, or third-party rights-infringing manner is prohibited.
  • Attempting to access systems/data without authorization, interfering with operation, or bypassing security mechanisms is prohibited.
  • Automated bulk extraction/collection of data (scraping) from the dashboard without written permission is prohibited.

9. Authorization for Domains

The User represents and warrants that they have the necessary authorization to measure/monitor the domains they submit (e.g., as an owner, authorized representative, or an agency with client consent).

10. Benchmarking (Clarification)

  • The Service may display domains that are frequently recommended for benchmarking (Comparison).
  • The Comparison is not a recommendation, endorsement, or encouragement to collaborate/transact.
  • Such information reflects AI answers at the time of measurement.

11. Intellectual Property & Licenses

  • The Service, code, design, trademarks, and website content are the intellectual/industrial property of the Company or its licensors.
  • The User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service only for its intended purpose.
  • Any exports/reports are provided for internal use/reference or for client use (in agency workflows) according to the applicable plan.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure proper operation, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • The Company is not liable for indirect/incidental damages (e.g., loss of profits, data, reputation) related to use of the Service.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service during the last 3 months.

13. Cookies & Tracking

The website may use cookies/trackers. Essential cookies are necessary for operation and security. Analytics (e.g., GA4) and marketing/advertising tags (e.g., social pixels) are enabled only after consent via a cookie banner (CMP).

14. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
