This Privacy Policy describes how AiVisibility collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit the website or use the Service (dashboard, reports, exports).

  • Measurement data: domain + Search Scope selection (Country or city/area).
  • Technical data: IP address, logs, user agent, timestamps.
  • Results data: outputs/reports (scores/benchmarks/trends).
  • Support/communications data: messages you send via forms/Support (where available).

3. Purposes of processing

  • Provide access (OTP verification, login).
  • Run measurements and generate results for the domain and Search Scope.
  • Service communications (e.g., email notification when analysis is ready).
  • Security & operations (abuse prevention, troubleshooting, improving the Service).
  • Analytics/Marketing (only with consent, where applicable).

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

  • Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) to provide the Service.
  • Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for security and abuse prevention.
  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for non-essential cookies/marketing/trackers.

5. Recipients / Processors

We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting), email delivery providers, analytics/ads providers (only with consent), and payment providers. DPAs are executed where required.

Where transfers outside the EU/EEA occur, they are carried out with appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses – SCCs), in accordance with applicable law.

Specific retention periods will be defined per data category (accounting/security/service provision).

  • OTP login for dashboard access.
  • Rate limiting and anti-abuse measures.
  • Access controls and logging.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).

We use essential cookies for the operation of the website. Additionally, we may use Analytics (GA4) and Marketing/Advertising tags (common social/ads pixels) only with consent through a cookie banner (CMP).
